• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with product and service related questions
• Processing orders and returns
• Resolving customer complaints and issues
• Providing product and service recommendations to customers
• Maintaining accurate customer records and information

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Previous customer service experience preferred
