What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Engage and convert prospects into interested candidates through research and inquiries
 Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
 Build and maintain networks for generating candidate referrals
 Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and closing with candidates
 Attend and represent the employer at industry recruiting events
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment
 Excellent communication skills with a client/nurse-centered approach
 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
 Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with efficient time management
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
