Primary Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and friendly manner.
 Provide accurate details regarding products and the status of orders.
 Support customers in making purchases, processing returns, and managing exchanges.
 Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
 Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions in CRM system.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar position.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
 A customer-oriented approach to problem resolution.
 Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
