#### Key Responsibilities: Â **Calendar Management:** Efficiently organize and manage schedules. Â **Inbox Management:** Prioritize and maintain organized email communications. Â **Procedural Documentation:** Create and update detailed documentation of processes. Â **Document Development:** Generate various documents to support business operations. Â **Onboarding Assistance:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members. Â **PowerPoint Creation:** Craft engaging presentations for internal and external use. Â **Internet Research:** Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information.

#### Qualifications:  Minimum of three years' experience in an administrative support role.  Bachelor's degree preferred.  Availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday).  A complete home office setup including:  Computer with Microsoft Office 365  High-speed Internet access  Smartphone with email capability  Computer with webcam
#### Additional Information:
 This role is a 1099 contractor position.
 Successful candidates will undergo a background check before contracting.
 This position is not suited for individuals holding full-time jobs, as it requires availability during normal business hours.
