As a strategic leader, you'll guide a talented team of designers. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Data... Analytics, Marketing, and Member Success teams to foster a culture of performance, innovation, and customer loyalty.

What you'll do
 Manage a talented, diverse, inclusive team of product designers focused on business-critical initiatives.
 Deliver a connected, consistent, delightful customer experience spanning multiple product verticals (ExtraCash, Banking, and new product expansion).
 Shape the horizontal product roadmap for multiple product areas and teams, generating innovative solutions to serve member and business needs.
 Partner closely with product managers, engineers, content designers, user experience researchers, and product growth analysts to deliver high-quality experiences that meet our members and business needs.
 Oversee multiple projects and scale design resources accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met, your team is effective, and designers are set up for success by setting clear and measurable goals.
 Utilize data to advocate for the user and establish metrics for the success of design initiatives.
 Facilitate design thinking sessions with cross-functional partners (product, engineering, data, research, etc.)
 Develop design talent and contribute to a culture where designers grow in their careers with a sense of inclusion, belonging, opportunity, and altruism.
 Foster a strong, collaborative design practice within your team and throughout the Design org.
 Work with Design Operations to develop and implement new processes to deliver and manage high-quality work.
What you'll need
 8+ years of experience in Product Design
 5+ years of leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership, including hiring and developing both managers and individual contributors
 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams
 Demonstrated success in shipping top-of-the-funnel experiences
 Demonstrated people management and team development experience
 BachelorÂs degree (in related field preferred)
 Prior Financial Services experience is a bonus
