#### Key Responsibilities
• Provide dedicated support to students in self-contained classes.
• Ensure accommodations and support are tailored to meet each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
• Write, revise, and implement IEPs effectively.
• Instruct and guide students and their families on vital aspects of student care.
• Perform additional duties as needed to foster student success.

#### Qualifications
• A valid SC Teaching Certification and/or SC Special Education Teaching Certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a school setting.
• A Master's degree in Education, Teaching, or Special Education.
• Professional/General Liability Insurance (upon offer).
• A home computer equipped with high-speed internet.
• Strong comfort and proficiency with technology.

#### Position Details
• Full-time commitment of 37.5-40 hours per week.
• Remote work arrangement—no relocation required.
• Caseload will include K-12th grade students.
• Contract duration from August 2024 to June 2025.

#### Compensation and Benefits
• Contract-based position with 1099 status, providing opportunities for tax write-offs.
• Competitive pay rate ranging from $34 to $39 per hour, with negotiation based on your qualifications and experience.
• Compensation for both direct and indirect services provided.
