Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a full-time, experienced Professional Services Systems Engineer. Do you have the knowledge and experience to provide IT support to end-users? Do you enjoy promptly identifying and resolving issues proactively? The Professional Services Engineer must have the skills to execute IT projects & implement project solutions in client environments including server/network refreshes, application migrations, cloud migrations, office moves, onboarding, ect. You will be the on-site engineer leading large projects, providing direction and hands-on assistance to field technicians.
Other Responsibilities Will Be
 Implement Project Solutions (Server/Network Refreshes, Application Migrations, Cloud Migrations, Office Moves, Onboarding) to client environments
 Discussing technical goals with the client and build technical plans, diagrams, and deployment artifacts to achieve the goals
 Be the on-site engineering lead for large projects, providing direction and hands-on assistance to the field technicians
 Prepping equipment for deployment
 Executing technical components of projects according to the established deadlines, deliverables, and costs
 Creating and updating documentation for solutions implemented
 Working closely within the scope of client projects as defined by the project manager
 Following up with issues that may arise during project implementations
 Communicating with all stakeholders (Internal/Client/Vendors) about project progress/changes/status
 Performing project handoffs to the support team, ensuring client success in this transition
 Jumping in to perform existing and prospective client engineering discovery assessments
 Assisting with client escalations from the support team as needed
 Following and as needed establish best practices for implementation and configuration of company products and solutions
 Contributing to ongoing process improvements and best practices documentation
 Completing daily time entries and submitting timesheets within the established deadlines
 Participating in required cybersecurity and compliance training sessions

This Position Will Require The Following Qualifications
 Strong technical generalist with exposure to servers, networks, and applications administration.
 Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and lead teams.
 Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
 A minimum of 2 years experience with simple to small engineering project implementations.
 The ability to travel to achieve project goals
 Strong written and verbal communication
 Customer-first approach
 Strong work ethic
 Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information across internal and external audiences
 Communication with the technology team and other departments as collaboration requires

 Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
 Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty 2023.02
 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
 Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

Technical Skills
 Experience and understanding of industry standard APIs structures and industry standard data structures are highly recommended, including but not limited to http-based (get/put/x-auth, etc), SQL, JSON, XML, CSV or delimited data structures and formats.
 Experience with, but not limited to, common scripting languages such as SQL stored procedures, JS, Linux Shell, and python.
 Healthcare and Ambulatory Surgery Center specific hardware/systems experience
 Network Segmentation: Data, Wi-Fi, VoIP
 Single Server Deployment (Hypervisors included)
 Cloud Migration (Private and Public like AWS, Azure)
 Mail Migration to Office365
 Files Server Shares migrations to OneDrive/SharePoint
 Application Upgrades
 Mail flow Diagnostics
 Knowledge of public DNS record types
 Backup and BDR Implementation: Agent deployment, Backup policy setup
 RAID Expansion (RAID 5 & 6 ONLY)
 Basic AD setup: DC migrations, File/Print migration, basic GPO
 Documentation: Network Diagram
 VPN Setup
 RDS Environment Setup
 Equipment installation
