About The Team
You will be the go-to expert for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. From managing timekeeping inquiries to administering bi-weekly payrolls and handling deductions, your meticulous attention to detail ensures every team member is paid correctly. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining precise records for payroll allocations andensuring financial transparency across the organization.
This role is a part-time contractor role. It is fully remote with flexible hours.
Essential Job Duties
 Helping with new market set up and ensuring payroll is in compliance with country-specific laws and regulations
 Having a good understanding of end-to-end international payroll, especially payroll for the US, APAC, and EU countries
 Performing audits on data integrity between systems, maintaining data, including new hire set up, tax forms processing, local taxes, timekeeping input, international direct deposit set up, terminations, and garnishments processing
 Assisting with filing quarterly and monthly tax returns
 Processing year-end reports, including W-2, W-2c, etc
 Addressing timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries and issues from team members promptly and professionally while maintaining detailed and accurate documentation to support necessary corrections or adjustments
 Ensuring accurate accounting and reporting of all payroll-related data
 Maintaining payroll integrity through data analysis and reporting
 Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reconciliation reports to review payroll data for errors
 Auditing time transactions to determine appropriateness and accuracy of time reporting and reporting codes for days and hours worked, ensuring compliance with agency human resources policies
 Working on miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
 Minimum of 2 Years of experience processing multi-state payroll
 Experience processing global payroll
 Self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to complete tasks with limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience with Namely is a plus
Education Requirements
 Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent work history
