Call Center Representative

Agents will answer inbound calls and generate outbound calls. Agents will track and place orders,provide support for products and services and triage the customer’s issue. Agents will collect outstanding balances, correct verification and eligibility issues, troubleshoot, and address general customer questions.

Production Schedule: Monday - Friday: 12:30P-9p & 3:30p-12a
• ** Background check and drug screening will be conducted ***

Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of data entry and call center experience.
• Data Entry Skills
• MS Office Experience.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• Chat etiquette.
• Good grammar
• Ability to type minimum of 35 WPM
• Attention to detail.
