 **Assessment & Evaluation:** Utilize standardized tests to determine students' skill levels and learning requirements.
 **Communication:** Clearly articulate assessment results and educational plans to parents and general education faculty.
 **IEP Development:** Formulate Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) aligned with federal regulations.
 **Collaboration:** Partner with parents and school staff to track and enhance student progress.
 **Family Engagement:** Maintain responsive communication with families, addressing inquiries within 24 hours.
 **Relationship Building:** Cultivate supportive relationships with students and their families.
 **Virtual Interaction:** Lead online meetings to support students in achieving their IEP goals.
 **Learning Enhancement:** Offer families recommendations for learning support and guide them in utilizing classroom resources.
