What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey with the employer
• Develop strong, proactive relationships with clients to maximize their use of products and services
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal databases for all client interactions
• Engage with clients through various channels to understand and address their needs
• Provide clients and stakeholders with updates and insights regarding their success with the employer's products

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer or client success, or in an internal support role
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, startup environment
• Strong customer-focused approach with a keen attention to detail
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client engagement
