Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a customer service representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to customers. To ensure customer satisfaction, they will communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
 Ability to multitask and work under pressure
 A customer-oriented and empathetic approach
 Proficiency in using customer service software and the Microsoft Office suite
 Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
 High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements: must not live in the following states New York, California, Maryland, Wisconsin, Connecticut
Must Pass Background Check your cost $30
Must pass a customer service skills assessment to be placed.
The training course may cost money, but it can be reimbursed after six months of the contract.
