Scheduling/booking new patients
Responding to patient's calls/texts
Reactivating Hygiene Recare/unscheduled recare (send recare reminders to patients at the 6-months or 1-year mark)
Confirming appointments
Responding to Google reviews
Marketing
Schedule:
Monday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST (for answering phones during peak call times at end of day)

2+ years of dental front office and scheduling experience REQUIRED!
Open Dental experience is REQUIRED!
Dental Intel experience is advantageous (office utilizes this for text/email)
