What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
• Navigate a Windows-based and web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and recommend alternative routes when necessary
• Use listening skills to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
• Maintain customer database with accurate information, including call details and payment records

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Customer service experience preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience in customer service or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with pest management or similar industries
