Join our healthcare startup as a dedicated Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician on a 6-month contract. You will support our team under the guidance of the Pharmacist Team Lead and the Head of Operations, focusing on enhancing patient care through proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
 Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies for case interventions
 Obtain and record health and contact information
 Schedule appointments and resolve medication-related issues
 Engage with patients to provide support
 Handle inbound customer support requests and prepare correspondence
 Perform other assigned duties as necessary
Qualifications
 Certified Pharmacy Technician
 Bilingual in English and Spanish
 Experience managing 40-50+ adherence-related calls per day
 Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic)
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
 Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time)
