Description:
As the Sales Support Analyst for Walmart at Harvest Group, you will play a critical role in assisting the Walmart Marketplace Account Manager. You will support the day-to-day management of clients' Walmart Marketplace business by handling tasks related to item setup, forecasting, business analysis, and more.
For this role we prefer that candidates are based out of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MN, MO, MS, NV, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, or WI.
Responsibilities: Â Assist in setting up new items on Walmart Marketplace, ensuring accurate and timely listing creation. Â Coordinate with internal teams to manage item updates, changes, and removals as needed. Â Support the Account Manager in developing sales forecasts and inventory planning. Â Analyze historical sales data and market trends to help predict future performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Â Conduct regular business analysis to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Â Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and highlight key findings to the Account Manager and clients. Â Assist with the execution of day-to-day operational tasks, including monitoring product listings, managing promotional activities, and addressing any issues that may arise on the Walmart Marketplace platform. Â Work closely with the Account Manager and other internal teams, such as Content and Advertising, to ensure alignment on business objectives and seamless execution of marketplace strategies. Â Maintain and update client data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting and analytics platforms. Assist in data entry and validation tasks as required.
Requirements: Â At least 1-2 years of experience in a support or analyst role, preferably within e-commerce or retail environments. Â Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace or other e-commerce platforms is a plus. Â Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Â Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Â Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Â Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Â Ability to proactively and creatively problem solve (as an individual and with a team.
