A Team Member I (Entry Level) works hands-on with fluid conveying products to ensure high quality standards are met and exceed our customerÂs expectations. This position is crucial in supporting the flow of products throughout the facility and plays a vital role to the success of the business as a whole. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Ability to complete training process for each piece of equipment
 Ability to read and follow Operator Instruction Sheets (OIS), routers, and quality alerts
 Ability to gain knowledge on verifying quality, set up, SPC and lot numbers at the beginning of shift
 Gain understanding on maintaining a safe environment, an acceptable attendance and overtime worked record and approaching all duties with cooperative attitude
 Communicates with End of Line Operator (Team Member IV) and/or Production Supervisor regarding production schedule, safety, quality, delivery alerts and machine downtime issues.
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Assist with machine set up for change over
 May assist other operators as requested
 Adheres to policies as required per procedures or OIS
 Adheres to company policies as prescribed in employee handbook
 Informs the Production Supervisor of plant wide rule violations
 Performs other duties as assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES
 Communicates in a positive manner with all levels of the organization
 Motivates and treats co-workers with respect.
 Understands and follow safety policies to ensure hazards are eliminated
 Reports quality Issues immediately the End of Line (Team Member IV)
 The ability to learn and operate necessary quality equipment
 The ability to set up and operate equipment in assigned area of responsibility
 The ability to read and comprehend the English language; also complete required Learning Management System (LMS) module training or other assigned training
 Proficient computer skills in all applications
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum of ACT WorkKeys® Bronze level is required in lieu of ACT WorkKeys® a South Carolina Ready to Work Certificate (SCRWC) or High School Diploma/GED with one (1) year Manufacturing experience.
 One (1) year manufacturing experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ESSNTIAL TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB
 Frequently communicates with employees, customers and suppliers
 Communicates to external and internal customers to understand their requests
 Frequently walks, kneels and stands for extended period of time on concrete floor (up to 10 hour shifts)
 Able to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently
