Job Summary...
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with customers to respond to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a professional and timely manner  Keep records of customer interactions, recording inquiries submitted as well as actions taken  Maintain product knowledge to answer basic customer questions  Work with other departments to resolve customer issues that require more than basic product knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent  1+ years of experience in a client-facing role  Communication and presentation skills  Time management skills  Problem solving skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:  AssociateÂs or bachelorÂs degree  Experience in [Industry]  Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
