#### Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track important information and sales.
• Enter new and updated account information into the database.
• Follow data program techniques and procedures to meet data entry requirements.
• Review and ensure data accuracy by correcting or re-entering information as needed.
• Provide occasional administrative support.
• Assist with special projects involving large volumes of data entry.

#### Additional Duties
• Perform data entry in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Prepare and review information for accuracy before data entry.
• Support routine clerical tasks, including typing and faxing.
• Correct data entry errors and implement necessary adjustments.
• Train new team members on data entry systems.
• Conduct daily audits to identify and rectify data entry issues.
• Maintain organized storage of hard copy data for efficient retrieval.

#### Skills and Qualifications
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry.
• Basic PC skills along with a reliable internet connection.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be a U.S. resident.
