#### Key Responsibilities
 Create and maintain spreadsheets to track important information and sales.
 Enter new and updated account information into the database.
 Follow data program techniques and procedures to meet data entry requirements.
 Review and ensure data accuracy by correcting or re-entering information as needed.
 Provide occasional administrative support.
 Assist with special projects involving large volumes of data entry.
#### Additional Duties
 Perform data entry in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
 Prepare and review information for accuracy before data entry.
 Support routine clerical tasks, including typing and faxing.
 Correct data entry errors and implement necessary adjustments.
 Train new team members on data entry systems.
 Conduct daily audits to identify and rectify data entry issues.
 Maintain organized storage of hard copy data for efficient retrieval.
#### Skills and Qualifications
 Strong organizational and analytical skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
 Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry.
 Basic PC skills along with a reliable internet connection.
 Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
 Must be a U.S. resident.
