Your Responsibilities:  Handling customer inquiries via phones, emails, and live chat  Professionally addressing customer concerns and providing solutions  Identifying and escalating priority issues, reporting to high-level management  Place orders with customers, answer questions about our product and services  Follow-up with customers on any outstanding matters and provide additional assistance as needed  Cultivating positive rapport with customers, maintaining an upbeat and friendly demeanor

Qualifications:  Associates degree or education equivalent  Must be computer literate  Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position  Problem solving and critical thinking skills.  Great multi-tasking skills.  Work effectively with windows-based computer systems.  Demonstrate initiative and interest in self-development  Must be able to navigate more than one site at a time  FLEXIBILITY IS NEEDED
