Full-Time Therapist Waitlist

Description:
• Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely via HIPAA-compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
• Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders
• Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week
• Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Test and support Direct to Employer products including our new digital EAP
• Understand therapist experience on the platform and formulate best practices to implement to improve therapist experience
• Receive clinically supervised client hours towards independent/clinical licensure (if currently associate/conditionally licensed) and attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements: • Current license to practice independently without supervision, or current associate/conditional* licensure dependent on the specific state (*unlicensed or license-pending... professionals do not qualify as associate/conditionally licensed) • Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase) • Individual NPI number (or willingness to obtain) • Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application (or willingness to obtain) • Comfortable learning new online tools and technology • Reliable internet connection
