Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in remote or local customer service.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in remote or local call center.
• Must have access to a Windows computer
• Quiet, professional environment for taking calls
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Must be able to speak with a happy tone, and professional
