What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues and service questions
 Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager as necessary
 Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
 Respond accurately and concisely to customer inquiries and requests
 Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Experience in customer service
 Strong telephone etiquette
 Familiarity with CRM tools
 Excellent communication skills
