What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide customer service for routine inquiries and assist with complex cases as directed
• Research and analyze incoming inquiries, using relevant systems and reference materials to effectively resolve issues
• Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary for appropriate handling
• Make outgoing calls to obtain information and conduct thorough research
• Stay updated on company, industry, and regulatory changes to identify business conservation and expansion opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Strong communication, decision-making, analytical, and human relations skills
• Proficient in oral and written communication, with demonstrated telephone skills
• Consistent attendance adherence to department and company expectations
• Basic understanding of computer systems and proficient keyboarding skills
• Detail-oriented individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking
