What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Monitor, coach, and support staff to motivate them towards achieving results
• Ensure staff performance meets quality, productivity, and attendance standards
• Encourage continuous improvement and involve team members in process enhancement
• Cooperate with peers to build consensus and resolve conflicts
• Provide phone support and maintain professionalism towards staff and clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Four or more years of customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check and drug screening

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a call center and strong customer service and sales background
• Bilingual (Spanish oral and written fluency) strongly preferred
• Consistent work history with an excellent attendance record
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
