We are seeking customer-oriented service representatives who excel in providing high-level customer service solutions. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, utilizing provided tools to ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions. Integrity and adherence to company policies are essential in maintaining positive relationships with both our clients and customers.
Job Duties
 Typing and data entry
 Upselling products and services
 Setting appointments in a business-to-customer format
 Maintaining knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions
Required Skills
 Minimum one year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
 Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
 Strong people skills and active listening abilities
 Exceptional attendance and punctuality
 Sales experience preferred
 High School diploma or GED
 Basic computer literacy
 Experience in an outbound environment
Work-From-Home Requirements
 PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10
 Hard-wired high-speed internet connection
 USB-connected headset
