The Manager of Student Recruitment is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top-tier students from universities and law schools to join [Company Name]. Responsibilities: Â Strategy Development: Â Develop and implement a comprehensive student recruitment strategy aligned with the firm's objectives. Â Identify target universities and law schools for recruitment efforts and establish strong relationships with career services and faculty. Â Analyze recruitment trends and competitor activities to refine and enhance recruitment strategies. Â Recruitment Process Management: Â Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for student programs, including summer associate programs, internships, and entry-level attorney positions. Â Oversee campus recruitment activities, including job fairs, on-campus interviews, and information sessions. Â Coordinate and participate in the interview process, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all candidates. Â Relationship Building: Â Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with law school career services, student organizations, and faculty members. Â Serve as the primary point of contact for university partners and potential candidates. Â Engage with alumni and current employees to leverage networks and enhance the recruitment process. Â Candidate Experience: Â Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Â Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from student to professional life at the firm. Â Provide continuous support and guidance to candidates during the recruitment and onboarding phases. Â Program Management: Â Oversee the administration of summer associate programs, including planning events, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Â Coordinate mentorship programs and other developmental opportunities for students and new hires. Â Evaluate the effectiveness of student programs and make recommendations for improvements. Â Data Management & Reporting: Â Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Â Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and trends to senior management. Â Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Â Diversity & Inclusion: Â Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates. Â Develop initiatives to attract and retain students from underrepresented backgrounds. Â Collaborate with the firmÂs Diversity & Inclusion team to align recruitment strategies with broader D&I goals.
