You Are: Someone with a few years of call center/customer service/office support experience or someone with a lot of experience looking to make a career change. Responsibilities Include:
• Work with our insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service
• Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate
• Document all client communication across several platforms
• Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers

Qualifications: • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment • Ability to work remotely • Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications: • 4+ years of insurance experience (insurance agent license a plus!) • Bilingual (Spanish/English) • Associates Degree

Things to know:
• Variable schedule includes hours between 10:00am-11:00pm EST Monday through Friday with some Saturday's required
