You Are: Someone with a few years of call center/customer service/office support experience or someone with a lot of experience looking to make a career change. Responsibilities Include:
 Work with our insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service
 Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate
 Document all client communication across several platforms
 Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers
Qualifications:  2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment  Ability to work remotely  Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills  Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office  Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications: Â 4+ years of insurance experience (insurance agent license a plus!) Â Bilingual (Spanish/English) Â Associates Degree
Things to know:
 Variable schedule includes hours between 10:00am-11:00pm EST Monday through Friday with some Saturday's required
