What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Develop strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by analyzing the talent market
 Utilize recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel to optimize candidate sourcing
 Source, screen, and close candidates for diverse technical positions
 Collaborate with client recruiting teams to enhance recruiting processes and implement scalable changes
 Accurately track and report recruiting data to inform strategy and performance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum of 4 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, with some in-house experience
 Proven ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including interviewers and hiring managers
 Data-driven and problem-solving mindset in recruiting and stakeholder management
 Passion for team building and delivering excellent candidate experiences
 Strong desire to learn and stay curious about the recruiting landscape
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience working with a variety of technical roles and industries
 Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
 Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
