What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Develop strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by analyzing the talent market
• Utilize recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel to optimize candidate sourcing
• Source, screen, and close candidates for diverse technical positions
• Collaborate with client recruiting teams to enhance recruiting processes and implement scalable changes
• Accurately track and report recruiting data to inform strategy and performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 4 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, with some in-house experience
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including interviewers and hiring managers
• Data-driven and problem-solving mindset in recruiting and stakeholder management
• Passion for team building and delivering excellent candidate experiences
• Strong desire to learn and stay curious about the recruiting landscape

• Experience working with a variety of technical roles and industries
• Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
