Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive appointments and calendars
• Handle email management and organization
• Prepare presentations and spreadsheets
• Oversee social media management
• Develop and implement structure, workflows, and processes
• Research technologies and make recommendations
• Administer CRM tasks including updates and data entry
• Arrange travel, including flights, car rentals, hotel bookings, and restaurant reservations
• Assist with project coordination and event planning
• Provide support for personal tasks as needed

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week
• Experience in an administrative support role
• Home office setup with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam) with a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM, and the latest MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Fast and reliable internet connection
• Smartphone with email capabilities
• Designated professional and quiet workspace

Additional Information
• This is a 1099 contractor role
• Pay ranges from (18 to )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Payment is made monthly based on contracted hours, with no guaranteed hours or clients
• Applicants may be subject to a background check prior to an offer being made
• Participation in E-Verify is required
