Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Representative. This role involves assisting customers through our online chat platform, providing them with real-time solutions to their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally. • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate assistance. • Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.
