Key Responsibilities
 Manage and maintain executive appointments and calendars.
 Organize and manage email correspondence.
 Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
 Oversee social media management.
 Develop and implement structure, workflows, and processes.
 Research and recommend new technologies.
 Administer CRM systems including updates and data entry.
 Arrange travel including flights, car rentals, hotel stays, and restaurant reservations.
 Assist with project coordination and event planning.
 Provide support with personal tasks as needed.

Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Availability during business hours (Mon-Fri) with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
 Previous experience in an administrative support role.
 Home office setup with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam) with at least a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office installed (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
 Fast and reliable internet connection.
 Smartphone with email capabilities.
 Designated professional, quiet workspace.
Additional Information
 This is a 1099 contractor position.
 Pay range is (18.00 - )21.00 per hour based on experience and skills. Payment is made once per month based on contracted hours. No guarantee of hours or clients.
