Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace • Proficient in basic computer applications and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems) • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed
