What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Prior experience in a luxury call center setting is highly preferred
• Demonstrated customer service experience within a 5-star hotel environment
• High school diploma or GED is required for this role
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
