Responsibilities
 Analyze compensation, market, and other data to provide recommendations
 Research external market trends and internal data to inform compensation strategies
 Develop and document internal business processes to meet organizational goals
 Lead the development of compensation design and introduction of new programs
 Administer day-to-day compensation operations and research related issues
 Collaborate with leadership to evaluate compensation strategies and provide data-driven recommendations
 Perform operational responsibilities such as market analysis, salary ranges, and job descriptions
 Audit and maintain compensation policies/programs for compliance
 Develop content for education and training on compensation programs
 Manage the annual merit cycle for various pay structures
Qualifications
 BachelorÂs degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance, or mathematics preferred
 3+ years of advanced compensation analysis experience or equivalent
 Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments
 Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
 Ability to manage assigned projects effectively
