What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to communicate the benefits of pharmacist consultations to patients
• Schedule patient consultations based on pharmacists' licensing
• Assist in developing Job Aids and Standard Operating Procedures for the Patient Service Specialist Team
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and related privacy regulations
• Represent the employer professionally while adhering to company policies and procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare discipline preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or patient engagement experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Google Suite is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a compassionate demeanor
