Responsibilities
 Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
 Provide accurate information about flight schedules, bookings, and policies
 Assist customers in resolving issues related to bookings and travel
 Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
 Update customer information in the company database
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
 Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
 Stay updated on airline policies and procedures
