Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 AM Â 5 PM (Flexible hours may be available)
Responsibilities
 Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
 Troubleshoot technical issues related to Apple products
 Guide customers through product setup and usage
 Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
 Document customer interactions and technical solutions
 Stay updated on the latest Apple products and technologies
 Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
 Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals

Job Requirements
 Located in the United States
