Senior Virtual Safety Coordinator - Full Time - Night Shift

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Oversee the virtual safety companion workflow and monitor assigned patient populations
• Evaluate patient initiation criteria and assign monitoring responsibilities to virtual safety companions
• Ensure patients are properly connected to the camera device for remote monitoring
• Act as a liaison between the virtual safety companion team, nursing staff, and operations manager
• Escalate patient conditions and provide guidance to virtual safety companions during assigned shifts

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Experience as a supervisor, team lead, or coordinator is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for patients across different age groups

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bilingual skills are preferred
• Experience in a healthcare-related role is beneficial
• Familiarity with virtual monitoring technologies is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills can enhance candidacy
• Previous experience in a high-stress, fast-paced environment is a plus
