What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Manage and support a fully remote team of HR Generalists and Assistants
• Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department and manage the HR ticketing process
• Create learning and development opportunities for HR team members
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and recommend best practices
• Partner with management to provide HR support related to performance management and employee retention

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of ten (10) years of human resources experience in a generalist or business partner role
• At least five years of experience managing a team of HR Generalists
• High school diploma is required
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/HRMS systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Center Human Resources
• Certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
