Responsibilities
• Client Interaction:
• Explain and clarify insurance policy benefits, coverage, and exclusions to clients...
• Assist clients with claims processing and follow up on the status of their claims.
• Provide information on different insurance products and services.
• Policy Management:
• Process new insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Provide support and guidance to clients in understanding their benefits and resolving any issues.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings with clients.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and distribute policy documentation, quotes, and other relevant materials.
• Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to explain complex insurance terms and policies in a simple and clear manner.

Education And Experience

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is often beneficial.
