As a Virtual Flight Booker working from home at EcoWay Voyagers, you'll play a crucial role in creating seamless and eco-conscious travel experiences for our clients by arranging flights that align with their preferences and sustainability goals. Working remotely, you'll utilize your expertise in flight booking and your commitment to responsible travel to ensure that our clients' journeys are not only enjoyable but also environmentally friendly. Your responsibilities will include:
• Flight Research:Conducting comprehensive research to find flight options that meet our clients' travel needs, including preferences for direct routes, eco-friendly airlines, and carbon offset programs
• Supplier Relations:Building and maintaining relationships with airlines and travel partners to secure competitive rates and favorable terms for our clients
• Booking Management:Processing flight reservations accurately and efficiently, considering factors such as cost, convenience, and sustainability initiatives
• Eco-Friendly Options:Identifying and promoting airlines with strong sustainability practices, such as fuel-efficient aircraft, waste reduction measures, and carbon offset programs
• Client Communication:Communicating with clients to understand their flight preferences, providing options, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns
• Documentation:Maintaining organized records of flight bookings, payments, and correspondence using our internal systems and software
