Key Responsibilities
 Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
 Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key client accounts.
 Provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions to enhance client success and satisfaction.
 Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
 Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to boost client retention and drive business growth.
 Conduct regular account reviews, evaluate performance metrics, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
 Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including revenue trends and client performance.
 Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
 Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.
 Create well-organized, accurate, and concise documentation for organizational use.
 Provide ongoing training, networking, and professional development opportunities.
 Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
 Minimum of 5 years of account management experience required.
 Healthcare experience preferred.
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency in running and interpreting various reports to provide strategic solutions.
 Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
 High energy with strong initiative, accountability, and organizational skills.
 Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
 Capable of handling stressful situations effectively.
 Knowledgeable in HIPAA standards for protecting and disclosing patients PHI and e-PHI.
 Strong analytical skills applicable in a medical billing environment.
