Key Responsibilities:  Handle inbound customer service calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.  Provide accurate information regarding flights, bookings, baggage policies, and other travel-related inquiries.  Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations, including ticket changes and cancellations.  Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.  Utilize Delta Airlines systems and tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.  Stay updated on Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the best customer support.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Â Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry. Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Â Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software applications. Â Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Â Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Preferred Skills:
 Previous experience working remotely.
 Experience with Delta Airlines systems and tools.
 Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
