The pay rate for this role in Florida is $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities :
 Prolonged standing and walking to various areas of the ride track, including climbing several flights of stairs
 We immerse our guests by participating in the show
 We ensure the safety of ride operation, including verifying that safety restraints and belts are correctly secured before the ride is set into motion and measuring children at the height station
 We provide safety and ride information spiels on a microphone or by projecting our voices
 We engage with thousands of Guest by addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions and other information about the theme park or surrounding areas
 Record hourly ride capacity and cycles
 We take ownership during emergencies
Basic Qualifications :
 Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
 Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
 Physical role requiring heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
 We use observational skills to proactively identify Guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed
 Part-time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidays.
 Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required.
 Cast members can be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
Preferred Qualifications:  Bilingual preferred  Previous experience speaking in front of large groups or audiences

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
