Monday to Friday, 9 AM Â 5 PM (Flexible Hours Available)
Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
 Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
 Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
 Document customer interactions and maintain records.
 Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.
 Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
 Stay updated on Apple products and services.
 Participate in training sessions as required.
