Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

– Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency

– Provide information about flight schedules, reservations, and policies

– Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations

– Handle payment processing and refunds

– Document and update customer records in our CRM system

– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed

– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence

Job Requirements

– Located in the United States

– Previous customer service experience preferred

Basic Educational Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent required
