CCS has been providing business solutions and employment opportunities for over 50 years! Our rapidly growing call center is expanding, and we are searching for team members to provide a positive customer experience by managing inbound and outbound programs while enhancing our high energy company atmosphere.
You will be responsible for assisting callers by providing product information, service information, and resolving technical issues in addition to other various client requests. Job duties include answering incoming calls and making outbound calls for a large variety of companies including medical offices, law offices, service providers and much more! This is NOT a telemarketing position.
As the voice of those companies, CCS Customer Service Representatives are always polite and professional when interacting with customers to manage their needs. It is always "customers first" at CCS!
Two week mandatory remote training begins Monday, September 23rd and follows the schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST
 Attendance during training is mandatory.
Responsibilities:  Deliver exceptional customer service to all callers  Answer incoming calls in a timely manner  Identify callers needs for call resolution  Adhering to company scripts and procedures to ensure consistency  Provide customers with product and service information  Accurately process online reservations  Accurately document call information and interactions  Maintain knowledge base of evolving products and services  Identify and escalate issues to supervisors  Maintain Quality Assurance standards  Ongoing training for all CCS client programs and accounts  Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent  One year call center or customer service experience  Working knowledge of computer soft skills. Computer navigation & typing skills to manage multiple programs, platforms, and systems  Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques  Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information  Strong verbal, written and documentation skills  Ability to cross train and multitask in multiple programs  Dependable  Fluent in English

Ideal Availability:
 Monday - Friday - 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST
 Saturday - 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM CST
 Sunday - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
 A minimum of 8 hours of weekend availability required
