Key Responsibilities:  Provide high-quality customer service and technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email  Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues with Apple home products such as HomePod, Apple TV, and HomeKit  Educate customers on how to use Apple home products effectively  Document customer interactions and solutions accurately  Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
Qualifications:  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written  Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly  Prior customer service experience is a plus  Passion for helping customers and solving problems  Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
