Working Hours

Flexible working hours, with shifts available from 8 AM to 8 PM EST

Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
• Update customer records in the company database
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
